An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Romildo in the 22nd minute of play forced AC Milan's goalkeeper Nilmar Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute of the match AC Milan got a corner. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gavin Sedgemore ran over to the corner to take the kick. 28 minutes into the game, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Gogo Elequemedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nilmar Brasil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Elequemedo in the 36th minute of play forced AC Milan's goalkeeper Nilmar Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Gogo Elequemedo made a precise shot to the right of Nilmar Brasil. AC Milan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Nilmar Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Elequemedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nilmar Brasil was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gogo Elequemedo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 57 minute of play. AC Milan's Nilmar Brasil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save AC Milan from getting a goal against them. Gogo Elequemedo in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. AC Milan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Gogo Elequemedo scored to the left of an out of position Nilmar Brasil, making the score, 1-10. 93 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Gogo Elequemedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nilmar Brasil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The AC Milan supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Defensores de Mar de Ajó's performance.
