With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frisco Gómez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the match, Arsenal MGK's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Kręcina came free, but Frisco Gómez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Zdzislaw Kręcina notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Arsenal MGK's Frisco Gómez. After 30 minutes of play, Emeryt Sosnowiec's Olaf Glozor made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frisco Gómez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 41 minutes, Szymon Lipa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Emeryt Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Szymon Lipa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Zdzislaw Kręcina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emeryt Sosnowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Zdzislaw Kręcina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frisco Gómez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Emeryt Sosnowiec were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Emeryt Sosnowiec's Hjalmar Lindkvist was substituted for Olaf Glozor. Emeryt Sosnowiec's Alexander Helguera was substituted for Viktor Cziráki. In the 52nd minute, Arsenal MGK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hjalmar Lindkvist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Al Pištěk fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal MGK's protests and gave Al Pištěk a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Arsenal MGK's Al Pištěk got a free kick in the 64th minute. Alexander Helguera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Frisco Gómez made a huge save. The corner ended in Szymon Lipa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Arsenal MGK's Frisco Gómez did a great save. 75 minutes into the match, Arsenal MGK's goalkeeper Frisco Gómez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Fodor. Stig-Arne Engström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cícero Palmeira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Emeryt Sosnowiec's Radja Poerwonegoro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frisco Gómez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84thth minute of the game Hjalmar Lindkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arsenal MGK's Frisco Gómez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Hjalmar Lindkvist sped through Arsenal MGK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Frisco Gómez. Arsenal MGK's Léo Falcão was substituted for Al Pištěk. 92 minutes into the match, Emeryt Sosnowiec's Hjalmar Lindkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frisco Gómez narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
