The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Tomas van Diemen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Albertus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Arsenal MGK's Gino Seco got a free kick in the 7th minute. Zhou Kang Chengs short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Frisco Gómez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Akil Yurtsever kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Frisco Gómez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnold Hemmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 23 minutes Albertus FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonas Cabral who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Arsenal MGK's Jonas Cabral to fire away a dangerous shot which Ted Stroobos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Stig-Arne Engström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal MGK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Arne Engström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27thth minute of the game Warman de Jager who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arsenal MGK's Frisco Gómez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ted Stroobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Arne Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 29th minute, Tomas van Diemen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Warman de Jager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frisco Gómez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes, Stig-Arne Engström made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Albertus FC's Ted Stroobos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig-Arne Engström in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ted Stroobos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute, Stig-Arne Engström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Albertus FC's Cristo Guzman got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig-Arne Engström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frisco Gómez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhou Kang Cheng, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Albertus FC's Ted Stroobos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Arne Engström in the 63rd minute of play. Stig-Arne Engström struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Ted Stroobos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal MGK. In the 69th minute Zhou Kang Cheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frisco Gómez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Zhou Kang Cheng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frisco Gómez was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Arsenal MGK's attentive 김 남 managed to snatch the ball when Cristo Guzman made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Albertus FC's Ted Stroobos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Arne Engström in the 78th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Stig-Arne Engström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal MGK's supporters rose to their feet, but Stig-Arne Engström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ted Stroobos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frisco Gómez came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Albertus FC's Warman de Jager. But to his dismay, Warman de Jager quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Frisco Gómez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnold Hemmen in the 88th minute of play. Tomas van Diemen scored 5-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frisco Gómez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frisco Gómez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warman de Jager, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Frisco Gómez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhou Kang Cheng in the 95th minute of play. Albertus FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
