The Albertus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ted Stroobos should have stopped the shot. Emilian Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhou Kang Cheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ted Stroobos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ren Zhi Ke's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 22nd minute, Ren Zhi Ke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ted Stroobos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to Albertus FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jan Knops hit a great ball. Ted Stroobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damião Granja in the 26th minute of the match. Luciano Victoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ted Stroobos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Albertus FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Damião Granja was slow to take the kick. During this time Kaplan's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Kaplan's Damião Granja to fire away a dangerous shot which Ted Stroobos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Albertus FC's Ted Stroobos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damião Granja in the 37th minute of play. Ted Stroobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damião Granja, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Victoro in the 39th minute of play forced Albertus FC's goalkeeper Ted Stroobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ren Zhi Ke made a kick off. Luciano Victoro in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ted Stroobos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ren Zhi Ke showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Emilian Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Merenga in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Ren Zhi Ke made a precise shot to the right of Ted Stroobos. Albertus FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Kaplan made a substitution. Maximino Atarrabi replaced Luciano Victoro. Ted Stroobos made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Ren Zhi Ke sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the match, Albertus FC's goalkeeper Ted Stroobos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ren Zhi Ke. After a rather tough play, Albertus FC's Riemer Mulders got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 92 minutes into the match, Kaplan's Damião Granja broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kaplan walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
