Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iyan Puyol started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes, Cristos Navarro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Turbo Kame Corp and the MelissaMel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cristos Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. If Ruy Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 14 minutes into the match, Turbo Kame Corp's goal looked a bit too open when Raí Schmidt came free, but Florian Cuevas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Ruy Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlinhos Pinho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlos Ponte showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. A collision led to MelissaMel getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Anderson Fonseca hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Ponte in the 22nd minute of play forced MelissaMel's goalkeeper Carlinhos Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florian Cuevas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruy Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Turbo Kame Corp's goalie and right to Valério de Azevedo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Turbo Kame Corp's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 27 minutes of play, MelissaMel's Ruy Lara made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florian Cuevas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlinhos Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iyan Puyol in the 31st minute of play. MelissaMel's Carlinhos Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iyan Puyol in the 42nd minute of play. Turbo Kame Corp's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by José Barro in the 43rd minute. A nice corner shot did that José Barro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlinhos Pinho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Turbo Kame Corp getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mariano Alcaraz hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Dagoberto Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. José Barro might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlinhos Pinho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Barro ran back to his position shaking his head. Turbo Kame Corp's Iyan Puyol got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florian Cuevas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Valery, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anderson Fonseca during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to MelissaMel getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Anderson Fonseca hit a great ball. MelissaMel's Celso Valadares got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 90 minutes, Ventura Riells mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Turbo Kame Corp and the MelissaMel players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 played minutes Turbo Kame Corp got a freekick which was hit by Ventura Riells. In the 93rdth minute of the game Carlos Ponte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MelissaMel's Carlinhos Pinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florian Cuevas came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by MelissaMel's Ruy Lara. But to his dismay, Ruy Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When the match was over MelissaMel could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Turbo Kame Corp throughout the match.
