The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the game, Aurel Lăceanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Cosula-BTF-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK Skjold the free kick. Lionel Messias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Ilie Brumaru made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mo Qi Zheng got free with Ilie Brumaru in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Genaro Procopio kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ilie Brumaru made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Jose Eduino sent off a good shot on target. Ilie Brumaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel Messias in the 19th minute of play. Octav Buta hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, BK Skjold's Jose Eduino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ilie Brumaru. Ilie Brumaru yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 25 played minutes, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Octav Buta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Johnni Kirkskov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Cosula-BTF- reached it. Ilie Brumaru made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Lionel Messias sent off a good shot on target. Jose Eduino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when BK Skjold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mo Qi Zheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lionel Messias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ilie Brumaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute Jose Eduino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Brumaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Lionel Messias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Skjold fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Ilie Brumaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Genaro Procopio went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Procopio in the 44th minute of play forced FC Cosula-BTF-'s goalkeeper Ilie Brumaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilie Brumaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Eduino in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
The wind increased when Jose Eduino made the kick off in the second half. Ilie Brumaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mo Qi Zheng in the 51st minute of the match. 52 minutes into the match, Jose Eduino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ilie Brumaru. FC Cosula-BTF-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Eduino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. A collision led to FC Cosula-BTF- getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Dan Alupulesei hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel Messias in the 61st minute of play forced FC Cosula-BTF-'s goalkeeper Ilie Brumaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Lionel Messias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Skjold fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Ilie Brumaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lionel Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Lionel Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Skjold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lionel Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when BK Skjold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mo Qi Zheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Alin Bucur got a free kick in the 90th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Jose Eduino managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Skjold's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Eduino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilie Brumaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilie Brumaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel Messias in the 93rd minute of play. If Mo Qi Zheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the BK Skjold players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
