Wang Cheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steve Gabrielli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wang Cheng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Duda Terra in the 9th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Aspvik got free with Wang Cheng in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wang Cheng was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Duda Terra capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Duda Terra really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Frederick Griscti sped through Les diables noirs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hermínio Penha. In the 21st minute, Steve Gabrielli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Aspvik in the 25th minute of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Duda Terra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 28 minutes Gärsnäs BF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Léopold Guiraud who took care of the corner kick. Jonatan Aspvik was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Frederick Griscti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wang Cheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steve Gabrielli in the 40th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Steve Gabrielli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute of the match, Frederick Griscti got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hermínio Penha was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Steve Gabrielli scored 3-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wang Cheng, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dane Friebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Les diables noirs's Hermínio Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dane Friebe in the 77th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Jonatan Aspvik notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng. Wang Cheng was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92nd minute, Camille Valli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Steve Gabrielli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wang Cheng was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Les diables noirs fully deserved thier win.
