The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vladimiro Ellande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Edgar Ström made a huge save. Cesar Aznar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgar Ström having to make a save. Edgar Ström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute, Vladimiro Ellande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Jörn Fagrell recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Borek Borok. In the 89th minute, Bengt-Arne Wester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olivos Futbol Club's Cesar Aznar got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olivos Futbol Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
