Nunez Gipuzkoa's late challenge caught a LA MAQUINA F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renato Cesarini got free with Higinio Porfiro in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 81 minutes, Gregorio Quintero made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. LA MAQUINA F.C's Higinio Porfiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Cobresal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LA MAQUINA F.C throughout the match.
