A collision led to Club Atletico Fenix getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Cecilio Seber hit a great ball. Anders Larsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristinel Nicodim, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Nicodim in the 15th minute of play forced Club Atletico Fenix's goalkeeper Anders Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilie Crainic came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Fenix's Jacinto Olentzaro. But to his dismay, Jacinto Olentzaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Mihail Albu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radu Pânzaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, BlueLionesse's goalkeeper Ilie Crainic had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Padro. Anders Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Nicodim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ezequiel Padro got free with Ilie Crainic in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 36 minutes BlueLionesse's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabian Arenaza who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Fabian Arenaza got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ilie Crainic quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Nicodim in the 38th minute of play forced Club Atletico Fenix's goalkeeper Anders Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd match minute, BlueLionesse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radu Pânzaru to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute Ezequiel Padro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Crainic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 48 minutes on the clock, Romeo Cresenciano commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristinel Nicodim to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes BlueLionesse got a freekick which was hit by Radu Pânzaru. When Club Atletico Fenix's Cecilio Seber in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihail Albu couldn't finish the play. Anders Larsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihail Albu in the 71st minute of play. After 73 played minutes Club Atletico Fenix got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Damazki. 75 minutes into the game, Eskil Åkesson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ilie Crainic was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The corner ended in Santos Diagur almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BlueLionesse's Ilie Crainic did a great save. Anders Larsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristinel Nicodim in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Fenix's goalkeeper Anders Larsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristinel Nicodim. Club Atletico Fenix's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
