Vicente Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Peeters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Primo Sans might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnoldo Canor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Primo Sans ran back to his position shaking his head. Academia B.F.'s Vicente Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Peeters in the 37th minute of play. If Zachary Mentus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of AC ALDO BONZI booed when Academia B.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lauro Quirino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edelmiro Jago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaac Laurendi's late challenge caught a Academia B.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaac Laurendi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th minute, Isaac Laurendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dave Blair to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Dave Blair reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vicente Catarinense. The goal made the score 0-1. In the 57th minute of the match, Edelmiro Jago got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vicente Catarinense was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 63 minutes into the match, Academia B.F.'s Primo Sans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Canor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vicente Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Blair in the 68th minute of the match. Arnoldo Canor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primo Sans, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. AC ALDO BONZI played a much better game than Academia B.F. and deserved their victory. The Academia B.F. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
