Folke Lövgren was slow to take the kick. During this time Timmernabben FF's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Timmernabben FF's Sakarias Stephansson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. SimuV3's Altay Ulgu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaká Junior in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Timmernabben FF's Sylwester Panikowski got a free kick in the 42nd minute. A hard shot by Lucas Perez from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got Tomás Guillen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

SimuV3's Altay Ulgu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save SimuV3 from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Timmernabben FF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
