In the 4th minute of the game Rafael Pitin made a throw-in which Jo Adler played forward. Mustafa Hamit Kutlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Borja in the 8th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Real Academia Serengetti's zone, Elvio Lentovskiy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Ignatius came out of the goal and Elvio Lentovskiy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Trabzon getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Rafael Pitin hit a great ball. Mustafa Hamit Kutlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Borja in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Trabzon's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Borja came free, but Mustafa Hamit Kutlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Academia Serengetti's Evelio Ignatius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Real Academia Serengetti from getting a goal against them. Mustafa Hamit Kutlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Corral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evelio Ignatius made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Gencer Uluöz sent off a good shot on target. Dario Nazario hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Trabzon's Fodil Otman got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mustafa Hamit Kutlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Borja in the 40th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Miguel Borja ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mustafa Hamit Kutlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Mustafa Hamit Kutlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Borja in the 45th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Real Academia Serengetti got a freekick which was hit by Edwin De Mulder.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Borja made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fodil Otman during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Real Academia Serengetti booed when Trabzon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fodil Otman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Real Academia Serengetti fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Real Academia Serengetti's Miguel Borja looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Miguel Borja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Trabzon's Fodil Otman in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Academia Serengetti's goalie prevented a goal. After 64 played minutes Real Academia Serengetti got a freekick which was hit by Dario Nazario. In the 70th match minute, Real Academia Serengetti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Incendio to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Fodil Otman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evelio Ignatius was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fodil Otman in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evelio Ignatius saved Real Academia Serengetti from getting behind. Real Academia Serengetti's attentive Talat Tunçkan managed to snatch the ball when Hidayet İlsev made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. Isidro Incendio kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Real Academia Serengetti's goal looked a bit too open when Fodil Otman came free, but Evelio Ignatius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Academia Serengetti's Miguel Borja got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute Miguel Borja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Hamit Kutlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Real Academia Serengetti's goal looked a bit too open when Fodil Otman came free, but Evelio Ignatius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Real Academia Serengetti supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Real Academia Serengetti would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
