After having played for 4 minutes, Filiberto Bernebe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zero Gravity's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filiberto Bernebe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zero Gravity's Wawrzyniec Iwanowski in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mannerheim's goalie prevented a goal. In the 11th minute, Albert Jokilahti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albert Jokilahti hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Jokilahti during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 23 played minutes Mannerheim got a freekick which was hit by Albert Jokilahti. After a rather tough play, Mannerheim's Tito Circelli got a free kick in the 24th minute. The audience was convinced that Wawrzyniec Iwanowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigi Mantu was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Bernebe in the 44th minute of play forced Mannerheim's goalkeeper Gigi Mantu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Filiberto Bernebe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gigi Mantu, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tito Circelli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikolaj Ratulowski in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigi Mantu saved Mannerheim from getting behind. Filiberto Bernebe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gigi Mantu having to make a save. Filiberto Bernebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Zero Gravity booed when Mannerheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Takala didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Filiberto Bernebe came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Zero Gravity fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiberto Bernebe couldn't finish the play. Gigi Mantu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Ratulowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Wawrzyniec Iwanowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zero Gravity's supporters rose to their feet, but Wawrzyniec Iwanowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gigi Mantu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wawrzyniec Iwanowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Wawrzyniec Iwanowski put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gigi Mantu. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Wawrzyniec Iwanowski sped through Mannerheim's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gigi Mantu. Mannerheim's Gigi Mantu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wawrzyniec Iwanowski in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zero Gravity fully deserved thier win.
