After 5 played minutes KFC Uerdingen 05 got a freekick which was hit by Tom Eberhardt. Jorge Caetano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Bannenbusch, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Ritchie Schepmans hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Januário Quinaz during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Zero Gravity getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Januário Quinaz hit a great ball. If Simon Bannenbusch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Simon Bannenbusch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Caetano was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 19th minute Fabrizio Nowak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Caetano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The KFC Uerdingen 05 fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when KFC Uerdingen 05's Simon Bannenbusch looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 28th minute, Simon Bannenbusch made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Caetano. Zero Gravity's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Simon Bannenbusch took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Caetano. Jorge Caetano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. When KFC Uerdingen 05's Simon Bannenbusch in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jorge Caetano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Zero Gravity players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KFC Uerdingen 05 were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bob Westelinx to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Zero Gravity getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ritchie Schepmans hit a great ball. Yannik Mattheis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Iwanowski in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Fabrizio Nowak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, KFC Uerdingen 05's Lando Cürten got a free kick in the 56th minute. Tom Eberhardt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Caetano having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Zero Gravity got a freekick which was hit by Gabrijel Sandalj. Yannik Mattheis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bob Westelinx's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Jorge Caetano made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Simon Bannenbusch sent off a good shot on target. When Simon Bannenbusch came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the KFC Uerdingen 05 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simon Bannenbusch couldn't finish the play. After 74 minutes, Bob Westelinx made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. KFC Uerdingen 05's Yannik Mattheis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Yannik Mattheis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabrijel Sandalj in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, KFC Uerdingen 05's Paolo Tano got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute Bob Westelinx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yannik Mattheis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Zero Gravity booed when KFC Uerdingen 05 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gencer Hisarcık didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Stanny Smekens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Januário Quinaz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. After 93 played minutes Zero Gravity got a freekick which was hit by Januário Quinaz. In the 95th minute, Mikolaj Ratulowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The KFC Uerdingen 05 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
