ÇALIMLI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Barnabé Amice in the 16th minute. After 17 minutes, Doğan Zakir made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. BURITIS FC's Gustavo Unai tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Barnabé Amice might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo Unai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barnabé Amice ran back to his position shaking his head. 33 minutes into the match, BURITIS FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Unai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barnabé Amice. In the 39th match minute, BURITIS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Lopes to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, ÇALIMLI's Barnabé Amice ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustavo Unai. Gustavo Unai yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rubens Reis was the one to do the kick off. In the 64th minute of the match Luiz Fabiano Jacinto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustavo Unai skillfully saved the ball. If Barnabé Amice had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rubens Reiss short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Birkan Yağın to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 69 minutes into the match, ÇALIMLI's goalkeeper Birkan Yağın had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rubens Reis. Edson Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barnabé Amice might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo Unai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barnabé Amice ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustavo Unai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnabé Amice in the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, BURITIS FC's Davi Lopes got a free kick in the 79th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the BURITIS FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ÇALIMLI.
