Andrzej Juskowiak ran back to his position shaking his head. Aydemir Okyar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Brack in the 23rd minute of play. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the match clock showed 50 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Boleslaw Zawadzki sped through Andrashida's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aydemir Okyar. 56 minutes into the match, Andrashida's Andrzej Juskowiak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateo Phelipe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aydemir Okyar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Jajecznica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
