The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Leopoldo Henrico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The throw-in from Leandro Abascal in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Igor Reis. After 8 played minutes SUPERSTAR - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Lino Rossi. Elder Cardoso made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Leopoldo Henrico sent off a good shot on target. Vilma Palma's Leopoldo Henrico got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Elder Cardoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save SUPERSTAR - DMZ from getting a goal against them. The corner led Vilma Palma's Juan Herensuge to fire away a dangerous shot which Elder Cardoso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ludomir Jarocewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeu de Godoi in the 20th minute of the match. Romeu de Godoi charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeu de Godoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romeu de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Romeu de Godoi got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Edvaldo Zonta's late challenge caught a Vilma Palma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edvaldo Zonta helped the player get up and apologised. Edvaldo Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 36 minutes, Leopoldo Henrico made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Elder Cardoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute Leopoldo Henrico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder Cardoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 minutes of play SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Edvaldo Zonta was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benedykt Pawelczyk to strike the kick off in the second half. Elder Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedykt Pawelczyk in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match Vilma Palma got a corner. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Juan Herensuge ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Paulo José Fernandez fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SUPERSTAR - DMZ's protests and gave Paulo José Fernandez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SUPERSTAR - DMZ getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Paulo José Fernandez hit a great ball. If Benedykt Pawelczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 60th minute of the match Paulo José Fernandez completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Paulo José Fernandez a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Elder Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Henrico in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by SUPERSTAR - DMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Juan Herensuge was slow to take the kick. During this time Vilma Palma's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Juan Herensuge got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elder Cardoso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Juan Herensuge's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Elder Cardoso - 3-0 was put on the score board in the 63rd minute. In the 67th match minute, SUPERSTAR - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Reis to maneuver through the defense. Igor Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Elder Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Frisco, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Vilma Palma's Leopoldo Henrico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elder Cardoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Henrico notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Elder Cardoso. Elder Cardoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 81st minute of the game Dante Teofilio made a throw-in which Santiago Frisco played forward. 83 minutes into the match, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Henrico came free, but Elder Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Toledo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Leopoldo Henrico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder Cardoso having to interfere. Santiago Frisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Elder Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leopoldo Henrico during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leopoldo Henrico hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
