The Aster Brasil Futebol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anísio Souza should have stopped the shot. Barto Sánchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Anísio Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The wind increased when Pepe Bomba made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Aster Brasil Futebol Club getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Claudinei Camargo hit a great ball. Aster Brasil Futebol Club's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Eurico lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Nogueira in the 94th minute of play. FC Beatriz 08's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
