Bernad Velicia kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute of the match, Hans-Kristian Aanes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eurico lago saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 10 minutes into the game, FC Beatriz 08's Karl Lundberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Glyn Wedlock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Márcio Cordeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepe Bomba in the 14th minute of play forced Sagene IF's goalkeeper Glyn Wedlock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sagene IF's Glyn Wedlock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barto Sánchez in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Pepe Bomba came free, but Glyn Wedlock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pepe Bomba in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Glyn Wedlock saved Sagene IF from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Pepe Bomba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Glyn Wedlock was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barto Sánchez in the 24th minute of play forced Sagene IF's goalkeeper Glyn Wedlock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eurico lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Kristian Aanes in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, FC Beatriz 08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronald Hurt to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, FC Beatriz 08's goalkeeper Eurico lago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivan Óbolo. Sagene IF's Glyn Wedlock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pepe Bomba in the 29th minute of play. Glyn Wedlock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Lundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Márcio Cordeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuca Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Ivan Óbolo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 41st minute, Barto Sánchez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nils-Arne Hannestad was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. The referee gave FC Beatriz 08 a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pepe Bomba, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sagene IF's Glyn Wedlock. 0-2. After the first half FC Beatriz 08 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pepe Bomba to strike the kick off in the second half. Glyn Wedlock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pepe Bomba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Beatriz 08 were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Sagene IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karl Lundberg took the corner. A collision led to FC Beatriz 08 getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Márcio Cordeiro hit a great ball. Hans-Kristian Aanes struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Eurico lago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sagene IF. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Kristian Aanes in the 59th minute of play forced FC Beatriz 08's goalkeeper Eurico lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Beatriz 08's Pepe Bomba was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 60th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Glyn Wedlock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepe Bomba in the 64th minute of the match. Márcio Cordeiro scored 0-5 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Glyn Wedlock, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's Hans-Kristian Aanes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eurico lago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Pepe Bomba in the 86th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Glyn Wedlock kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-6 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The crowd rose to their feet as Pepe Bomba kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Glyn Wedlock. That made the score 0-7 in the 96 minute of play. FC Beatriz 08 played a much better game than Sagene IF and deserved their victory. The Sagene IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
