Crawford Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinho Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Beto dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beto dos Santos was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sexolution FC's goalkeeper Crawford Lucas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beto dos Santos. Beto dos Santoss short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Crawford Lucas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 53rd match minute, Galo do Cerrado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Lima to maneuver through the defense. Roy Monck hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beto dos Santos in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Beto dos Santos struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Crawford Lucas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galo do Cerrado. In the 93rd minute, Duncan Gummow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beto dos Santos got free with Crawford Lucas in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Sexolution FC's zone, Beto dos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Crawford Lucas came out of the goal and Beto dos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
