A collision led to Flamengo FSCMZ getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Claudinho Ribeiro hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Aquiles Leonidas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Leonidas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jânio César breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Corteva FC's Jânio César played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Leonidas in the 11th minute of play. Aquiles Leonidas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jânio César having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Leonidas in the 16th minute of play forced Corteva FC's goalkeeper Jânio César to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Leonidas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jânio César read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Silas Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Just Fontaine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aquiles Leonidas might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jânio César. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aquiles Leonidas ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Leonidas in the 26th minute of play forced Corteva FC's goalkeeper Jânio César to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silas Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daryl Fay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flamengo FSCMZ's Enrico Rea got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 33 minutes of play, Flamengo FSCMZ's Aquiles Leonidas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jânio César was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enrico Rea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jânio César having to make a save. Daryl Fay kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. If Aquiles Leonidas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aquiles Leonidas took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jânio César. Jânio César dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Aquiles Leonidas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Leonidas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jânio César breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daryl Fay to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Aquiles Leonidas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Leonidas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jânio César showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Leonidas in the 53rd minute of the match. Aquiles Leonidas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio César having to interfere. Aquiles Leonidas scored 3-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jânio César, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Aquiles Leonidas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flamengo FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 70th minute Aquiles Leonidas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jânio César saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Corteva FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Leonidas came free, but Jânio César reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute of the match Flamengo FSCMZ got a corner. Corteva FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gui Souza ran over to the corner to take the kick. Flamengo FSCMZ's Gui Souza was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jânio César in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jânio César showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Leonidas in the 78th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Aquiles Leonidas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Leonidas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jânio César breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the match, Aquiles Leonidas notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Corteva FC's Jânio César. Jânio César was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Flamengo FSCMZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
