In the 5th minute Tommy Asklöv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Emil Billing was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Strömsbro IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lea FC the free kick. The supporters of Lea FC booed when Strömsbro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Billing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rıza Vuralhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Bastos in the 16th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Argyris Papapetrou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Fernando Teixeira was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Luiz Fernando Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Argyris Papapetrou in the 39th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Luiz Fernando Teixeira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Amadeu de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charlie Beck to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Strömsbro IF booed when Lea FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mário Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Silvinho Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Argyris Papapetrou hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Charlie Beck put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luiz Fernando Teixeira. Luiz Fernando Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argyris Papapetrou, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Argyris Papapetrou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Fernando Teixeira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Argyris Papapetrou struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Luiz Fernando Teixeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strömsbro IF. In the 75th minute, Emil Billing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Fernando Teixeira came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Strömsbro IF's Argyris Papapetrou. But to his dismay, Argyris Papapetrou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Luiz Fernando Teixeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Argyris Papapetrou went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Luiz Fernando Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Beck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 played minutes Lea FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho Madureira. After 88 minutes, Argyris Papapetrou made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Lea FC's Luiz Fernando Teixeira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Beck in the 91st minute of play forced Lea FC's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lea FC's Luiz Fernando Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Beck in the 94th minute of play. Luiz Fernando Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Billing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Strömsbro IF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
