Spectators: 7623 (Terracing: 5718, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 152) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Matias Bilintx made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Carlo Crema hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Horea Copil was a little too slow when Diego Maradona got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 2-0. Horea Copil was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matias Bilintx showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 14 minute of play. Horea Copil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Maradona in the 21st minute of play. 21 minutes in the game, Diego Maradona dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 23rd match minute, Sporting de Gijón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlo Crema to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Club13 booed when Sporting de Gijón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Crema didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute of the match, Diego Maradona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Horea Copil saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 30 minutes into the game, Venancio Emesto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Horea Copil. Venancio Emesto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. In the 33rd match minute, Club13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustin Cernescu to maneuver through the defense. Diego Maradona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Horea Copil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horea Copil made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Venancio Emesto sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, Club13's goalkeeper Horea Copil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Maradona. Club13's Horea Copil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Bilintx in the 40th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Horea Copil successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 42 minutes into the match, Sporting de Gijón's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Tudoran came free, but Óscar Cordoba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Venancio Emesto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horea Copil. That made the score 5-0 in the 46 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Horea Copil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Bilintx in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Alejandro Rufo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Horea Copil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcu Tudoran got free with Óscar Cordoba in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Bilintx in the 60th minute of play forced Club13's goalkeeper Horea Copil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sporting de Gijón's Mario Zanabria was substituted for Alejandro Rufo. After having played for 64 minutes, Mario Zanabria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting de Gijón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Zanabria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 68 minutes of play, Sporting de Gijón's Mario Zanabria made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horea Copil was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sporting de Gijón made a substitution. Elpidio Bixintxo replaced Saturnino Curcio. Carlo Crema kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. A hard shot by Mihnea Druga from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Óscar Cordoba's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Horea Copil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Maradona, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Matias Bilintx notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Club13's Horea Copil. Horea Copil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Matias Bilintx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Horea Copil came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting de Gijón's Venancio Emesto. But to his dismay, Venancio Emesto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. 88 minutes into the match, Club13's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Bilintx came free, but Horea Copil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matias Bilintx took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horea Copil. Horea Copil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Horea Copil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Zanabria, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute Diego Maradona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Copil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
