After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Luís Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot. istanbulls's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Senna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Válter Tasso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of istanbulls booed when forsal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Fortunato didn't get a good kick on the ball. Göksel Canfeda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Lucchetta in the 19th minute of the match. Alp Enginalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Válter Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franco Fortunato hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Alp Enginalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Válter Tasso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Attilio Pani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Göksel Canfeda made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as forsal FC's Attilio Pani slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Göksel Canfeda. That made the score 1-0 after 32 minutes of play. Attilio Pani's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Göksel Canfeda firmly grabbed it by the left post. Válter Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alp Enginalp in the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Luís Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. istanbulls's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave forsal FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, istanbulls's Luís Senna got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Attilio Pani made a kick off. A collision led to forsal FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Franco Fortunato hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attilio Pani in the 64th minute of play forced istanbulls's goalkeeper Göksel Canfeda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, forsal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Senna came free, but Válter Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th match minute, forsal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Fortunato to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Alp Enginalp could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Válter Tasso however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 72 minutes, Emiliano Lucchetta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. forsal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Lucchetta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luís Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Válter Tasso having to interfere. Emiliano Lucchetta struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Göksel Canfeda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for forsal FC. istanbulls's Göksel Canfeda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Aquilino in the 81st minute of play. forsal FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alfonso Aquilino in the 82nd minute. forsal FC's Alfonso Aquilino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Göksel Canfeda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Göksel Canfeda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Lucchetta's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Válter Tasso made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Alp Enginalp sent off a good shot on target. Göksel Canfeda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emiliano Lucchetta went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Attilio Pani kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. forsal FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
