After taking down the ball on forsal FC's corner Alfonso Aquilino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pankracy Zawacki quite easily take care of the ball. Pankracy Zawacki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Pani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ildefonso Fliz in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Válter Tasso saved forsal FC from getting behind. Meerkats FC's Ildefonso Fliz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ildefonso Fliz in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Válter Tasso saved forsal FC from getting behind. In the 24th minute Ildefonso Fliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Franco Fortunato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th match minute, forsal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Eneto to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Ghinescu in the 28th minute of play forced forsal FC's goalkeeper Válter Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Meerkats FC's Aron Ghinescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Válter Tasso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ildefonso Fliz got free with Válter Tasso in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Meerkats FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after forsal FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Shaun De Battista took the corner. Ildefonso Fliz made a great header on Meerkats FC's corner, it was just that forsal FC's Válter Tasso managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 37th minute of the match Meerkats FC got a corner. forsal FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. If Attilio Pani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attilio Pani in the 46th minute of play forced Meerkats FC's goalkeeper Pankracy Zawacki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Emiliano Lucchetta struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Pankracy Zawacki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for forsal FC. Pankracy Zawacki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Lucchetta's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Aron Ghinescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meerkats FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Ghinescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Lucchetta in the 65th minute of play forced Meerkats FC's goalkeeper Pankracy Zawacki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Lucchetta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, forsal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Coleiro came free, but Válter Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Meerkats FC's Pankracy Zawacki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Meerkats FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ildefonso Fliz in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Válter Tasso prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
