The coaching staff of FC NILS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tim Nordlund had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 14th match minute, FC NILS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Nordlund to maneuver through the defense. If Marciano Obeko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 19 minutes of play, Peluchita Fc's Jaroslaw Czeszyk made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Åke Utter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Håkan Löfgren hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Yu Zheng Zheng scored 0-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Åke Utter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Åke Utter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Abaunza, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After a rather tough play, FC NILS's Americo Portas got a free kick in the 35th minute. Marciano Obeko, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 37th minute Yu Zheng Zheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Utter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åke Utter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Abaunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45thth minute of the game Eulalio Abaunza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC NILS's Åke Utter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC NILS's Åke Utter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Zheng Zheng in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Peluchita Fc were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eulalio Abaunza was the one to do the kick off.
