After 25 played minutes, Kelmond S.C.'s Kevin Oosterveld shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Axel Martinsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kelmond S.C. reached it. In the 27th minute, Carlos Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Kevin Oosterveld got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Eliasson in the 36th minute of play forced Kelmond S.C.'s goalkeeper Pedrão Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kelmond S.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan-Ove Lindmark was slow to take the kick. During this time Sundens BK's players had a chance to rest. Gerrit Hooiveld took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Axel Martinsson. Axel Martinsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Albert Gernberg kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Axel Martinsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerrit Hooiveld in the 46th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Alf Bock put in a rough tackle. Sundens BK:s Axel Martinsson showed great skill when he stopped Kevin Oosterveld:s penalty. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Martien Sandstra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Martinsson having to interfere. Pedrão Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Eliasson in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kelmond S.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan-Ove Lindmark was slow to take the kick. During this time Sundens BK's players had a chance to rest. Pedrão Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Netto in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute Jose Azubeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Gerrit Hooiveld reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Axel Martinsson. The goal made the score 1-4. In the 72nd minute, Per Eliasson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sundens BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Gerrit Hooiveld could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Axel Martinsson made a huge save. Jan-Ove Lindmark was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Kelmond S.C. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Roeland van Zaanen hit a great ball. Sundens BK's attentive Gert Wickander managed to snatch the ball when Martien Sandstra made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. If Jose Azubeli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedrão Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Netto, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mo Yang Chao got free with Axel Martinsson in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Per Eliasson spun around in front of the goal 89 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Kelmond S.C.'s goal. Per Eliasson hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kelmond S.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
