After taking down the ball on Bucaneiros's corner Ernest Spoelbergs fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sebastian Xabier quite easily take care of the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Ahmet Reha Zeren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bucaneiros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SOUTH THUNDER the free kick. Ernest Spoelbergs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Sebastian Xabier made a huge save. In the 43rd minute, Mai Hontoria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, SOUTH THUNDER's goal looked a bit too open when Mai Hontoria came free, but Sebastian Xabier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Mario Kempes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Xabier was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Bartosz Skikiewicz was a little too slow when Augusto Procopio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-1. Sebastian Xabier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Kempes in the 94th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
