Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lukas Blaauwgeers in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Kaan Acartürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ali Kaan Acartürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Blaauwgeers, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a little luck, Dukaton f.c.'s Foeke Wisgerhof got control of the ball when Göksun Akgün tried to sneak it across the goal line. Doğan Demirdelen charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Doğan Demirdelen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Doğan Demirdelen hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The referee ignored Dukaton f.c.'s protests and gave Ciriaco Cordera a yellow card for diving instead. Ciriaco Cordera kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Göksun Akgün could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Foeke Wisgerhof made a huge save. After 43 minutes Dukaton f.c.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ömür Yıldırımtürk who took care of the corner kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Coos van Ankeren to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Dukaton f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Göksun Akgün came free, but Foeke Wisgerhof reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Göksun Akgün recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Kaan Acartürk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Coos van Ankeren in the 66th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Coos van Ankeren got free with Ali Kaan Acartürk in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
