The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. LFS Sapphire Club's Baltasar Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Sabóia in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute Richard do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Aznaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard do Valle in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltasar Aznaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, WİLDHUNTER FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Cerocki came free, but Tommy Salcedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roland Cerocki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tommy Salcedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zbigniew Hatman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes WİLDHUNTER FC got a freekick which was hit by Arif Cengiz Celilay. Ulises Roano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Richard do Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The WİLDHUNTER FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The referee ignored LFS Sapphire Club's protests and gave Witalis Tamulewicz a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The WİLDHUNTER FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while LFS Sapphire Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
