Leonidas Orange struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ermegildo Pasqual didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C.PAULISTA. Gerrit Cronen made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Fathi Yu sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Gerrit Cronen managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Red Bull Club's Fathi Yu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

54 minutes into the match, Fathi Yu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerrit Cronen. S.C.PAULISTA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fathi Yu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. There was no doubt that Red Bull Club were the better team. Red Bull Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
