Druțu Cristian made a great header on Şamaxı Bankirlər's corner, it was just that Clube Atlético Mineiro's José Maria Carvalho managed to reach the ball for a save. José Maria Carvalho was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Clube Atlético Mineiro's George Singson got a free kick in the 75th minute. José Maria Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Mas, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. José Maria Carvalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oscar Mas's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. The corner led Şamaxı Bankirlər's Druțu Cristian to fire away a dangerous shot which José Maria Carvalho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 84th minute, Oscar Mas made a precise shot to the right of José Maria Carvalho. Clube Atlético Mineiro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. 89 minutes into the match, Oscar Mas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Carvalho. Clube Atlético Mineiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Mas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Oscar Mas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Carvalho having to interfere. Mänsur Rzayev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romário Ronaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that Şamaxı Bankirlər were the better team. Şamaxı Bankirlər's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
