Arne Kilström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charro Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charro Moreno scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arne Kilström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaudencio Juvenal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Morgan Blom in the 17th minute. Morgan Blom received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gaudencio Juvenal came out and tried to block the shot, but Morgan Blom slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 17th minute. Isac Sundström struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Gaudencio Juvenal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AIK FOTBOLL. In the 25th minute, Maximilian Åström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Kikemania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Oskar Nykvist came free, but Gaudencio Juvenal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kikemania FC's Rolando Tiniebra got a free kick in the 30th minute. Per-Oskar Nykvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Gaudencio Juvenal made a huge save. Per-Oskar Nykvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the AIK FOTBOLL defense, Charro Moreno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Kilström. The AIK FOTBOLL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Kilström should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolando Tiniebra during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of AIK FOTBOLL booed when Kikemania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Tiniebra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaudencio Juvenal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Oskar Nykvist in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Kikemania FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Morgan Blom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Kikemania FC's zone, Per-Oskar Nykvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Juvenal came out of the goal and Per-Oskar Nykvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaudencio Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morgan Blom in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Kikemania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Morgan Blom came free, but Gaudencio Juvenal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AIK FOTBOLL made a substitution. Andréas Fransson replaced Morgan Blom. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Axelsson in the 68th minute of play forced Kikemania FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Juvenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to AIK FOTBOLL getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Michel Bergendahl hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Kikemania FC's Charro Moreno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. In the 76th minute Fredrik Axelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Juvenal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Charro Moreno kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arne Kilström. That made the score 1-5 in the 78 minute of play. Ladislao Raebert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Arne Kilström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaudencio Juvenal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Deckberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 94 minutes into the game, when Ove Kellberg put in a rough tackle. In the 95th match minute, AIK FOTBOLL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ove Kellberg to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Tiniebra didn't quite understand what happened when in the 96 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kikemania FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
