Spectators: 7450 (Terracing: 5589, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) FC Saubrigues's Raphaël Giacometti started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mathys Mora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Cigaran in the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Saubrigues's Dominique Levi got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 15 minutes of play, Esquadrão Lusitano's Rui Sá made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathys Mora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rui Sá scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mathys Mora, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mathys Mora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matthieu Macquet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Vítor Damas made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Esquadrão Lusitano's Tạ Bom got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute Derman Anoia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathys Mora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Valdo Passos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esquadrão Lusitano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 35 minutes into the game, Rui Sá cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Mathys Mora was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Cristiano Cigaran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mathys Mora was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Mathys Mora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tạ Bom went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After the first half Esquadrão Lusitano were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Mathys Mora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. With a little luck, FC Saubrigues's Mathys Mora got control of the ball when Cristiano Cigaran tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute Rui Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathys Mora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Cigaran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Rui Sá kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mathys Mora. That made the score 0-7 in the 75 minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Esquadrão Lusitano's Cristiano Cigaran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mathys Mora made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. In the 86th minute, Cristiano Cigaran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esquadrão Lusitano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Cristiano Cigaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Sá in the 90th minute of play forced FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Mathys Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Saubrigues's Alphonse Keita got a free kick in the 91st minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Saubrigues's zone, Tạ Bom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathys Mora came out of the goal and Tạ Bom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Esquadrão Lusitano's Rui Sá ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mathys Mora. Mathys Mora yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. The FC Saubrigues fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Esquadrão Lusitano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
