After 2 played minutes Esquadrão Lusitano got a freekick which was hit by Brett Fazey. Tommy Falck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tạ Bom, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Derman Anoia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tommy Falck firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cristiano Cigaran was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Vítor Damas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Du Lin went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Du Lin put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Vítor Damas. Vítor Damas came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by FS Elite's Kent Åkerström. But to his dismay, Kent Åkerström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Vítor Damas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Du Lin in the 27th minute of the match. FS Elite were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Esquadrão Lusitano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adrian Albom took the corner. The corner led FS Elite's Adrian Albom to fire away a dangerous shot which Vítor Damas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Esquadrão Lusitano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tạ Bom in the 33rd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Derman Anoia heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind FS Elite's goalkeeper Tommy Falck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vítor Damas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astor Hustaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Esquadrão Lusitano getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Conrado Abalos hit a great ball. After the first half FS Elite were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Kent Åkerström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Adrian Albom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Du Lin made a precise shot to the right of Vítor Damas. Esquadrão Lusitano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Kent Åkerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Vítor Damas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kent Åkerström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vítor Damas came out and tried to block the shot, but Kent Åkerström slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Åkerström in the 83rd minute of play forced Esquadrão Lusitano's goalkeeper Vítor Damas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esquadrão Lusitano's Vítor Damas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Esquadrão Lusitano from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calle Lekberg in the 89th minute of play forced Esquadrão Lusitano's goalkeeper Vítor Damas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
