Amadeo Roma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo-Enrique Bochini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Deportivo Rodriguez's Gualterio Aguirre in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gualterio Aguirre in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Atahan Balon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Deportivo Rodriguez's Noah Hobson was substituted for Willie Staton. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gualterio Aguirre to strike the kick off in the second half. 2-1 became the score in the 53rd minute when Gualterio Aguirre elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, Deportivo Rodriguez's Amadeo Roma got control of the ball when Ricardo-Enrique Bochini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gualterio Aguirre in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atahan Balon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amadeo Roma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asiz Soon, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Amadeo Roma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Szymon Szkaradek charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Szymon Szkaradek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Gualterio Aguirre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Rodriguez's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Aguirre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atahan Balon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atahan Balon came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Rodriguez's Gualterio Aguirre. But to his dismay, Gualterio Aguirre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Los Muchachos del 86's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
