Raí Seco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Burgstaller, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Emerson Ferraz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gürsel Saltukalp went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Raí Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Burgstaller in the 13th minute of play. If Gürsel Saltukalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 16 minutes into the match, Möhnsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gürsel Saltukalp came free, but Emerson Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, GAÚCHO FC's Emerson Ferraz threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gürsel Saltukalp, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Emerson Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Prata in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match GAÚCHO FC got a corner. Möhnsen FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Percy Senna ran over to the corner to take the kick. GAÚCHO FC's Valério Netto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emerson Ferraz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gürsel Saltukalp in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Ferraz saved Möhnsen FC from getting behind. In the 27th minute GAÚCHO FC were awarded a corner. Percy Senna went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Valério Netto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz did a great save. After 29 minutes Möhnsen FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Percy Senna who took care of the corner kick. Leo Freiherr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raí Seco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. If Gürsel Saltukalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mathias Bernwurz didn't quite understand what happened when in the 50 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gürsel Saltukalp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After taking down the ball on GAÚCHO FC's corner Percy Senna fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emerson Ferraz quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of GAÚCHO FC booed when Möhnsen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torben Holbach didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emerson Ferraz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gürsel Saltukalp's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. GAÚCHO FC's Raí Seco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save GAÚCHO FC from getting a goal against them. Emerson Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürsel Saltukalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürsel Saltukalp in the 70th minute of play forced Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Emerson Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute of the game Jens Albers made a throw-in which Béla Strothmann played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adilson Coelho in the 77th minute of play forced Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Emerson Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gürsel Saltukalp in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emerson Ferraz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. GAÚCHO FC were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Möhnsen FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Percy Senna took the corner. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Raí Seco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. GAÚCHO FC's Percy Senna managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mathias Bernwurz in the 90 minute of the game. In the 92nd minute of the game Jens Albers made a throw-in which Torben Holbach played forward. 93 minutes into the match, Möhnsen FC's Leo Freiherr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raí Seco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leo Freiherr took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raí Seco. Raí Seco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Möhnsen FC's zone, Gürsel Saltukalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Ferraz came out of the goal and Gürsel Saltukalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 97 minutes into the match, Möhnsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Prata came free, but Emerson Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Möhnsen FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
