Oakham's Jerry Soon was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 7th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 10th match minute, Oakham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muhammad Singh to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Jerry Soon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celestino Umea. Black StarZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerry Soon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 17th minute, Casimiro Omero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Asiz Rajah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the game, Oakham's Mark Koh nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celestino Umea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 29 minutes into the match, Black StarZ's goalkeeper Celestino Umea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Asiz Rajah. 32 minutes into the match, Black StarZ's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Soon came free, but Celestino Umea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 33 in the game by Mark Koh from a close distance when the talented Celestino Umea managed to make a qualified save. Black StarZ's players were relieved. After 37 minutes of play, Oakham's Asiz Rajah made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celestino Umea was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Khai Amin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oakham's supporters rose to their feet, but Khai Amin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celestino Umea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mark Koh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Celestino Umea made a huge save. Cayetano Herauso hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Celestino Umea made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Asiz Rajah sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the match, Black StarZ's goal looked a bit too open when Asiz Rajah came free, but Celestino Umea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Soon in the 51st minute of play forced Black StarZ's goalkeeper Celestino Umea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes into the match, Mark Koh notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Black StarZ's Celestino Umea. Celestino Umea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Jerry Soon sped through Black StarZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celestino Umea. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Jerry Soon put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Celestino Umea. After 70 played minutes Black StarZ got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Osmundo. Oakham made a substitution. Gara Hock replaced Mark Koh. If Jerry Soon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Jerry Soon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celestino Umea was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Celestino Umea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Chong in the 81st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Jerry Soon sped through Black StarZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celestino Umea. In the 84thth minute of the game Jerry Soon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Black StarZ's Celestino Umea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 86 minutes of play, Oakham's Jerry Soon made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celestino Umea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celestino Umea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khai Amin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Umea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Soon, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that Oakham were the better team. Oakham's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
