Cauã Veloso made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Cyrille Melon sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute, BRONCOS's Dong Xun Feng seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dong Xun Feng the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of BRONCOS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dong Xun Feng had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 12 minutes into the game, one of BRONCOS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cauã Veloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cyrille Melon's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. R.C. Marseille's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Renan Bouzat in the 19th minute. After taking down the ball on R.C. Marseille's corner Renan Bouzat fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cauã Veloso quite easily take care of the ball. In the 21st minute Güral Revan suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Ghislain Ménétrier's late challenge caught a BRONCOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ghislain Ménétrier helped the player get up and apologised. BRONCOS made a substitution. Gynter Monner replaced Güral Revan. A collision led to R.C. Marseille getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ghislain Ménétrier hit a great ball. Gustave Souchu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Askild Bødtkjer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute of the match, Mihail Toader got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cauã Veloso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After taking down the ball on R.C. Marseille's corner Renan Bouzat fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cauã Veloso quite easily take care of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cyrille Melon to strike the kick off in the second half. R.C. Marseille's Cyrille Melon got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Cyrille Melon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cauã Veloso was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cyrille Melon in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cauã Veloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Askild Bødtkjer came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the BRONCOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Askild Bødtkjer couldn't finish the play. Cauã Veloso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cyrille Melon went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. BRONCOS's Cauã Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Toader in the 58th minute of play. In the 61stth minute of the game Cyrille Melon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BRONCOS's Cauã Veloso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Askild Bødtkjer managed to get in a good position for a shot. BRONCOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Askild Bødtkjer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustave Souchu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. BRONCOS's Cauã Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Toader in the 66th minute of play. R.C. Marseille made a substitution. Djibril Mourot replaced Mihail Toader. In the 68th minute R.C. Marseille were awarded a corner. Renan Bouzat went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led R.C. Marseille's Renan Bouzat to fire away a dangerous shot which Cauã Veloso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gustave Souchu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gynter Monner went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Cyprien Auguste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Cauã Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Askild Bødtkjer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustave Souchu. The goal made the score 2-2. 92 minutes into the match, BRONCOS's goal looked a bit too open when Cyrille Melon came free, but Cauã Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cauã Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyrille Melon in the 93rd minute of play. Askild Bødtkjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
