The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arnaud Konieczny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Colas having to interfere. Ludomil Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Otsoko in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute of the match, Arnaud Konieczny got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cristo Colas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 10thth minute of the game Adan Otsoko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnaud Konieczny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Colas having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Antonin Dagorne cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Cristo Colas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Almeyra F.C.'s Cristo Colas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Almeyra F.C. from getting a goal against them. Arnaud Konieczny received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cristo Colas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Gonzalez in the 22nd minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Ludomil Kajdasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes Herblay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paolo Indar who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Dimitri Bougault managed to get in a good position for a shot. Herblay's supporters rose to their feet, but Dimitri Bougault was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Colas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 27 played minutes Almeyra F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Gitano. A hard shot by Dimitri Bougault from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Cristo Colas's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 29th minute Adan Otsoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Kajdasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Almeyra F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paolo Indar in the 30th minute. Dimitri Bougault sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Joël Willaume got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adan Otsoko in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludomil Kajdasz saved Herblay from getting behind. Arnaud Konieczny might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristo Colas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnaud Konieczny ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristo Colas made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Arnaud Konieczny sent off a good shot on target. Ludomil Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Otsoko in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Holger Duusgaard got a free kick in the 47th minute.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adan Otsoko made a kick off. If Arnaud Konieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 56 minutes, Norbert Cadart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Herblay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norbert Cadart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adan Otsoko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ludomil Kajdasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Antonin Dagorne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Herblay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 65th minute Arnaud Konieczny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Colas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes of play, Herblay's Antonin Dagorne made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristo Colas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ludomil Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Remir in the 71st minute of play. Joël Willaume hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Arnaud Konieczny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Colas having to interfere. Celedonio Xabat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludomil Kajdasz having to interfere. Cristo Colas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaud Konieczny in the 83rd minute of play. Arnaud Konieczny might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristo Colas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnaud Konieczny ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnaud Konieczny struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Cristo Colas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herblay. In the 91st minute, Celedonio Xabat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaud Konieczny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herblay's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
