The audience was convinced that Sean Hollingsworth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ludomil Kajdasz was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sean Hollingsworth in the 9th minute of play. Dorking United FC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Herblay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karl Fletcher took the corner. The corner ended in Karl Fletcher almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz did a great save. Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sean Hollingsworth in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaud Konieczny in the 21st minute of play forced Dorking United FC's goalkeeper Isaac Prutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Prutton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitri Bougault in the 25th minute of the match. Ludomil Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Whittaker in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Dorking United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Pearce to maneuver through the defense. In the 32ndth minute of the game Arnaud Konieczny who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sean Hollingsworth did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Ludomil Kajdasz 36 minutes into the match. Isaac Prutton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaud Konieczny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaud Konieczny in the 43rd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaud Konieczny made a kick off. Donald Forrest hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. After 53 minutes Dorking United FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dimitri Bougault who took care of the corner kick. Sean Hollingsworth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludomil Kajdasz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. The Herblay fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Herblay's Arnaud Konieczny looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 62 minutes of play, Herblay's Norbert Cadart made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Prutton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnaud Konieczny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Isaac Prutton made a huge save. Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Dorking United FC from getting a goal against them. After 71 minutes Dorking United FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dimitri Bougault who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Herblay's Antonin Dagorne to fire away a dangerous shot which Isaac Prutton despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Herblay's Antonin Dagorne was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 71st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Norbert Cadart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaac Prutton made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Antonin Dagorne sent off a good shot on target. Ludomil Kajdasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sean Hollingsworth, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. If Arnaud Konieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donald Forrest kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sammy Toovey during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Herblay booed when Dorking United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sammy Toovey didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton got control of the ball when Arnaud Konieczny tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 3-4 when Jools Stamp sped through Herblay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ludomil Kajdasz. Arnaud Konieczny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Isaac Prutton made a huge save. Herblay's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
