The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacob Armitage to make the kick off. Bolivian AI 1.0's Kristián Pražan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Talamanca in the 69th minute of play. After 70 played minutes Bolivian AI 1.0 got a freekick which was hit by Govert Beuneker. OROTINENSE's Iordache Opincaru was substituted for Songurhan Mete. OROTINENSE's Nuno Orihuela was substituted for Jesus Cortez. After 72 played minutes Bolivian AI 1.0 got a freekick which was hit by Govert Beuneker. In the 76th minute David Talamanca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristián Pražan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see OROTINENSE lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
