The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorginho Garcia got free with Aírton de Lima in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Motta Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Xie Ao hit a great ball. In the 91st match minute, Motta Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Sabóia to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute of the match Álvaro Paraíba shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aírton de Lima showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Xie Ao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Remigiusz Paciuszko made a huge save.
