Formentera's Seyhan Atlıhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Skott in the 20th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Bertil Harlén in the 21st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Formentera's Justino Hondo. In the 44th minute Eustaquio Bartuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Bruhn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Ronnys Lärjungar's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Bartuelo came free, but Edvin Bruhn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ronnys Lärjungar's Edvin Bruhn got control of the ball when Domingo Urki tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tommy Beck made a kick off. In the 54th minute Domingo Urki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Bruhn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ronnys Lärjungar getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Tomas Broberg hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the game, Tommy Beck recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Seyhan Atlıhan. Tommy Beck showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Carlos Fernández hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Formentera's Seyhan Atlıhan got control of the ball when Kjell-Arne Skott tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eustaquio Bartuelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Formentera's Domingo Urki in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ronnys Lärjungar's goalie prevented a goal. Seyhan Atlıhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell-Arne Skott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the game, Domingo Urki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Edvin Bruhn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edvin Bruhn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Domingo Urki went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Ronnys Lärjungar's Edvin Bruhn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Bartuelo in the 82nd minute of play. Domingo Urki took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edvin Bruhn. Edvin Bruhn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. 93 minutes into the game, Formentera's Domingo Urki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvin Bruhn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1.
