A collision led to JUVENTUS DLX getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Tahir Toktamış hit a great ball. Beat Hagenbuch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Sebastian Nöbels made a huge save. In the 29th minute of the match FC Stadtclub got a corner. JUVENTUS DLX's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tobias Caron ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sebastian Nöbels stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horatio Tobler's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Fabio Hesse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Sancho in the 33rd minute of play. Beat Hagenbuch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Stadtclub's Horatio Tobler slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastian Nöbels. That made the score 3-0 after 35 minutes of play. With a little luck, JUVENTUS DLX's Sebastian Nöbels got control of the ball when Beat Hagenbuch tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beat Hagenbuch might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Nöbels. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Beat Hagenbuch ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, JUVENTUS DLX's Sebastian Nöbels got control of the ball when Beat Hagenbuch tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabio Hesse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Sancho in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horatio Tobler to make the kick off. If Godfredo Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Stadtclub's Giacomo Wunderlin was substituted for Elia Vonrotz. Dorel Bordei kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. JUVENTUS DLX's Florentino Nazario got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romero Affolter in the 67th minute of play forced JUVENTUS DLX's goalkeeper Sebastian Nöbels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. JUVENTUS DLX's Sebastian Nöbels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beat Hagenbuch in the 70th minute of play. FC Stadtclub's Beat Hagenbuch got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 75th play minutes Beat Hagenbuch shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Sebastian Nöbels and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 77 minutes, Beat Hagenbuch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Stadtclub's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beat Hagenbuch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Beat Hagenbuch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 90 minutes of play, FC Stadtclub's Beat Hagenbuch made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastian Nöbels was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Stadtclub's Fabio Hesse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Sancho in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS DLX's goal looked a bit too open when Beat Hagenbuch came free, but Sebastian Nöbels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
