Vacib Bartu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morris Zemp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Sparks prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 19 minutes, Jorge Figueiredo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Miradeses FC's Peter Sparks tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Morris Zemp got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Morris Zemp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Vacib Bartu made a huge save. In the 27thth minute of the game Dündar Ülkenur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miradeses FC's Peter Sparks was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Peter Sparks stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dündar Ülkenur's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilário Meira in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vacib Bartu saved Los Tatangelos from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Morris Zemp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miradeses FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Morris Zemp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vacib Bartu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Los Tatangelos booed when Miradeses FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Kapera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Göktürk Bozlak struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Peter Sparks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Tatangelos. Hilário Meira was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Miradeses FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Morris Zemp took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vacib Bartu. Vacib Bartu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo De Jong to make the kick off. Los Tatangelos's Vacib Bartu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morris Zemp in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Morris Zemp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miradeses FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Figueiredo in the 62nd minute of play forced Miradeses FC's goalkeeper Peter Sparks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilário Meira during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Los Tatangelos's Dündar Ülkenur in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 79 minutes of play, Miradeses FC's Hilário Meira made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vacib Bartu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peter Sparks made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Dündar Ülkenur sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 84 in the game by Dündar Ülkenur from a close distance when the talented Peter Sparks managed to make a qualified save. Miradeses FC's players were relieved. In the 86thth minute of the game Dündar Ülkenur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miradeses FC's Peter Sparks was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stefan Kapera hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Miradeses FC's Júlio Durães was substituted for Almiro Amaro. The Miradeses FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peter Sparks should have stopped the shot. Dündar Ülkenur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Sparks having to interfere. In the 96th minute Jorge Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Sparks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
