Aero Björndalen's Bruno Donato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Aero Björndalen from getting a goal against them. Roy Roger hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Bruno Donato was a little too slow when Måns Sandberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. The supporters of Norrlands Athen booed when Aero Björndalen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Holmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Aero Björndalen's goalkeeper Bruno Donato had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Lebron. The crowd rose to their feet as Norrlands Athen's Måns Sandberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bruno Donato. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. Måns Sandberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Donato having to make a save. Måns Sandberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bruno Donato firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Aero Björndalen booed when Norrlands Athen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Lebron didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 minutes of play, Norrlands Athen's Måns Sandberg made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Donato was left in no man's land by his defense there! Måns Sandberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bruno Donato came out and tried to block the shot, but Måns Sandberg slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 36th minute. Bruno Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Lebron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Måns Sandberg got free with Bruno Donato in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Norrlands Athen were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Aero Björndalen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filcho Slivkov took the corner. Norrlands Athen's Filcho Slivkov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bruno Donato in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 47thth minute of the game Juan Lebron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aero Björndalen's Bruno Donato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eric Holmberg was the one to do the kick off. Bruno Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Måns Sandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A long shot from Johannes Aronsson in the 57th minute of play was well struck, but Safet Hands made a really good save at the right post. Aero Björndalen's Bruno Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Måns Sandberg in the 58th minute of play. When Måns Sandberg came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Norrlands Athen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Måns Sandberg couldn't finish the play. Norrlands Athen made a substitution. Calle Bergfelt replaced Urbano Fidencio. After a defensive mix-up in Aero Björndalen's zone, Juan Lebron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Donato came out of the goal and Juan Lebron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Filcho Slivkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Lebron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Lebron in the 70th minute of the match. Safet Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Holmberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when Qian Jian Wei put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Norrlands Athen's Filcho Slivkov got a free kick in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Aero Björndalen's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Hermansson came free, but Bruno Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Aero Björndalen defense, Calle Bergfelt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Donato. The Aero Björndalen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Donato should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Hermansson in the 95th minute of play forced Aero Björndalen's goalkeeper Bruno Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norrlands Athen's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
