Flávio de Azevedo had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Traian Balaban from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The FC Buzău fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when FC Buzău's Avram Elenescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of Landulfos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Buzău:s goal. Landulfos FC:s Flávio de Azevedo showed great skill when he stopped Leonard Aanuţei:s penalty. In the 12th minute, Leonard Aanuţei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flávio de Azevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonard Aanuţei got free with Flávio de Azevedo in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Traian Balaban came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the FC Buzău fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Traian Balaban couldn't finish the play. Flávio de Azevedo stood somewhat misplaced when Avram Elenescu came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 16 minute. In the 19th minute, Cătălin Arjoca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flávio de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Strugure in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, FC Buzău's Traian Balaban dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. 27 minutes into the game, Genílson Pontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Landulfos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Buzău the free kick. In the 27th minute, Genílson Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Avram Elenescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Flávio de Azevedo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leonard Aanuţei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flávio de Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. With his leg Flávio de Azevedo managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when FC Buzău's Leonard Aanuţei fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 44 minutes into the match, FC Buzău's Leonard Aanuţei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flávio de Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Traian Balaban reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Flávio de Azevedo. The goal made the score 5-0.

Landulfos FC made a substitution. Danilo de Godoi replaced Dedê Fonseca. Landulfos FC's Naldo da Silveira was substituted for Tiaguinho Alagoano. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedrão Pereira was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Buzău's Traian Balaban got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Flávio de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avram Elenescu in the 54th minute of the match. Flávio de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonard Aanuţei's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. When Traian Balaban came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the FC Buzău fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Traian Balaban couldn't finish the play. Danilo de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Flávio de Azevedo came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Buzău's Traian Balaban. But to his dismay, Traian Balaban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Landulfos FC's Flávio de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Aanuţei in the 82nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Avram Elenescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flávio de Azevedo was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. When FC Buzău's Avram Elenescu in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
