Spectators: 7486 (Terracing: 5615, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angelillo Di Maria started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rhys Hughes came free, but Generoso Sasoin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 4 minutes of play, FC NORDLAND's Rhys Hughes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Generoso Sasoin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angelillo Di Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 9 minutes, Angelillo Di Maria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC NORDLAND's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelillo Di Maria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 10 minutes, Angelillo Di Maria made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Generoso Sasoin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelillo Di Maria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelillo Di Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Generoso Sasoin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Birger Benett made a precise shot to the right of Generoso Sasoin. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 22 played minutes FC NORDLAND got a freekick which was hit by Robben Romero. After 25 minutes of play, FC NORDLAND's Birger Benett made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Generoso Sasoin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Birger Benett might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Generoso Sasoin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Birger Benett ran back to his position shaking his head. Generoso Sasoin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelillo Di Maria's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelillo Di Maria in the 31st minute of play forced Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Generoso Sasoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelillo Di Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute of the match Andreas Hernaiz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Generoso Sasoin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Angelillo Di Maria took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Generoso Sasoin. Generoso Sasoin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in FC NORDLAND's zone, Fidel Poncio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joar Frisck came out of the goal and Fidel Poncio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Denis Anaya got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute Alex Hernaiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Sasoin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Generoso Sasoin came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by FC NORDLAND's Angelillo Di Maria. But to his dismay, Angelillo Di Maria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Favila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Angelillo Di Marias short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Generoso Sasoin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Benno Betancor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benno Betancor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Generoso Sasoin having to make a save. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Generoso Sasoin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Gloria Verdinegra AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 58th minute, Benno Betancor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Angelillo Di Maria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Sasoin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelillo Di Maria scored 0-7 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Generoso Sasoin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd minute, Angelillo Di Maria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Generoso Sasoin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Birger Benett took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Generoso Sasoin. Generoso Sasoin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Martin Benat hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Birger Benett's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Generoso Sasoin firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience was convinced that Angelillo Di Maria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Generoso Sasoin was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Generoso Sasoin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelillo Di Maria went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. 84 minutes into the game, FC NORDLAND's Benno Betancor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Sasoin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. FC NORDLAND's Ervin Frk was substituted for Benno Betancor. Leonardo Pepillo hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gloria Verdinegra AFC's zone, Alex Hernaiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Sasoin came out of the goal and Alex Hernaiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute of the match, Alan Vides tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Generoso Sasoin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 94 minutes into the match, Andreas Hernaiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Generoso Sasoin. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andreas Hernaiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. FC NORDLAND played a much better game than Gloria Verdinegra AFC and deserved their victory. The Gloria Verdinegra AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
